Cut the king oyster mushroom into 2 cm cubes, and slice the green bell pepper.

Dice the beef tenderloin into 2 cm cubes, marinate with cooking wine, 1 tbsp black pepper, starch, and 1 tbsp light soy sauce for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the beef until it changes color, then set aside.
