Prepare ingredients: Beat the egg, cut the cheese into small pieces, and slice the potato.

Steam the potato slices in a pot over high heat for about 15 minutes.

Keep the shrimp tails and set aside.

Remove the heads, shells, and veins from the shrimp, then mince the shrimp meat.

Mash the steamed potatoes with a spoon.

Mix the minced shrimp, salt, pepper, sesame seeds into the mashed potatoes.

Take some of the potato and shrimp mixture, roll it into a ball, flatten it, place a piece of cheese inside, and wrap it up.
