Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare ingredients: Beat the egg, cut the cheese into small pieces, and slice the potato.

  2. 2

Steam the potato slices in a pot over high heat for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

Keep the shrimp tails and set aside.

  4. 4

Remove the heads, shells, and veins from the shrimp, then mince the shrimp meat.

  5. 5

Mash the steamed potatoes with a spoon.

  6. 6

Mix the minced shrimp, salt, pepper, sesame seeds into the mashed potatoes.

  7. 7

Take some of the potato and shrimp mixture, roll it into a ball, flatten it, place a piece of cheese inside, and wrap it up.

  8. 8

Coat the shrimp balls in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.

  9. 9

Insert the reserved shrimp tail into each ball.

  10. 10

Preheat oil in a pan to 70% heat, fry the shrimp balls until golden brown.
