Peel and slice two medium-sized potatoes, then steam until soft.

Mash the steamed potatoes into a smooth paste.

Add 150g of cornstarch to the mashed potatoes and mix well.

Knead into a dough that is not sticky and can be easily pressed with a finger.

Lightly oil your hands and shape the dough into long strips, then divide into equal small portions.
