Pierce the chicken thigh with a fork and rub it with a clove of raw garlic.

Season the chicken with 0.5 tsp white pepper, 0.5 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp salt.

Wash the potatoes and cut them into thick strips. Slice 2 cloves of garlic.
