Quick and easy garlic butter mushrooms, perfect as a side dish or appetizer. These mushrooms are sautéed to golden perfection and filled with a flavorful garlic and parsley mixture.
Instructions
- 1
Flatten the garlic with the back of a knife and peel it.
- 2
Mince the garlic into fine pieces.
- 3
Select mushrooms of similar size, remove the stems, wash them, and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan. When the oil is very hot, add the mushrooms and fry over medium heat.
- 5
Fry until golden brown, then carefully flip to fry the other side. (Caution: Mushrooms release water when frying, which can cause oil to splatter.)
- 6
Remove the fried mushrooms and set aside.
- 7
Pour out some of the oil from the pan, reheat, and add minced garlic and chopped parsley. Stir-fry and season with a pinch of salt.
- 8
Fill the fried mushrooms with the garlic mixture, lay them flat in the pan, and continue to fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper.
- 9
Serve on a plate.
