A light and healthy stir-fry featuring snow peas, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and yam, perfect for a low-fat meal.

Soak wood ear mushrooms in advance, trim and wash snow peas, slice carrots and yam, set aside.

Boil water in a pot with a little oil and salt, blanch snow peas for 30 seconds.

Blanch wood ear mushrooms and carrots.

Blanch yam until cooked.

Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok, sauté green onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add snow peas and other vegetables, stir-fry.
