Instructions

    Mix all ingredients except butter in a large bowl. Stir well with a whisk. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.

    Add butter to the steamed batter and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Peel and pit the mango, then cut the flesh into small cubes.
