Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare all the ingredients.

  2. 2

Thaw the steak and pat dry with paper towels, then cut into finger-sized strips.

  3. 3

Marinate the steak strips with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper.

  4. 4

Mix well by hand and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

Peel the potato and cut into finger-sized strips, rinse to remove excess starch, and drain.

  6. 6

Heat a generous amount of oil in a Maxim non-stick pan, then add the potato strips.

  7. 7

Fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on all sides, then remove and set aside.

  8. 8

Leave a small amount of oil in the pan, add the beef strips.

  9. 9

Fry the beef strips until they change color, then add the fried potato strips, oyster sauce, and black pepper.

Stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with a pinch of parsley flakes, and serve (parsley can be substituted with cilantro).
