Delicate dumplings shaped like plum blossoms, filled with savory meat and steamed to perfection.

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Mix ground pork with cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and egg. Stir until well combined, then add chopped green garlic and mix well. Set aside.

    Combine all-purpose flour and water to form a smooth dough.

    Take 70g of dough and mix with strawberry powder to form a pink dough. Take 10g of dough and mix with pumpkin powder to form a yellow dough.

    Roll the white dough into a long strip.

    Roll the pink dough into a rectangular shape.

    Wrap the white dough with the pink dough, sealing the edges tightly.

    Cut into small pieces, each about 10g.

    Flatten a small piece of dough with your palm, roll it into a circle, and fold it into a pentagon shape.
