Instructions

  1. 1

Mix all dough ingredients except butter until a thick film forms, then add butter and knead to the expansion stage. Cover with plastic wrap and let ferment until doubled in size.

  2. 2

Take out the fermented dough, gently pat to expel air, divide into six equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

Expel air again, shape, roll in cornmeal, place in molds, cover, and let ferment until doubled in size.

  4. 4

Preheat oven to 190°C and bake for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

Let cool, then slice in half and fill with pork patty and fried egg.

  6. 6

Mix all patty ingredients and stir in one direction until elastic.

  7. 7

Divide into six portions, press into patties in plastic bags, and freeze.

  8. 8

When ready to eat, fry the patties until cooked.

  9. 9

Add cheese, salad dressing, ketchup, pickles, or other favorite ingredients in the middle.
