Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Mix with sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, white pepper, and tomato paste. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Slice the garlic. Heat 4 tbsp of olive oil in a small pan, add the garlic slices and fry until golden and slightly crispy. Remove the garlic and keep the oil in the pan.

Add the marinated shrimp to the pan with the garlic-infused oil. Cook over medium heat until the shrimp are done.
