Clean the chicken wings and poke holes with a toothpick. Mix with all the marinade ingredients and massage well.

Place in a resealable bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper (not foil) and place the wings skin side up.

Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the wings, brush with honey, and bake for another 10 minutes. Watch for browning, as oven temperatures may vary.
