Healthy and tender steamed yam and pork meatballs, perfect as baby food or a light meal.

Instructions

    Peel and mash the yam using gloves.

    Mix the ground pork with 2 tbsp of green onion and ginger water until well combined.

    Add the mashed yam and 2 tbsp of cornstarch to the pork mixture.

    Add a pinch of salt and mix until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined.

    In a bowl, mix warm water, ginger, and light soy sauce.

    Shape the mixture into small meatballs using a spoon.
