Mix ground pork with minced ginger, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and egg white. Stir in one direction until the mixture becomes sticky.

Peel and cut winter melon into chunks. Boil a pot of water and add winter melon. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes or until just tender.

Reduce heat to low. Form meatballs using a spoon or your hands and add them to the pot. Increase heat and cook for about 5 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.

Skim off any foam from the surface. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
